We are committed to maintaining the privacy of your personal information and the security of our computer systems. Generally, we do not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) when you visit our site. The information provided only aids in identifying and presenting available benefit(s) for which a visitor may be eligible; however, all information provided and generated will be lost after either closing your browser or 30 minutes of inactivity. In some cases, a pop-up on may ask users to submit their email address to be contacted for research purposes, including but not limited to individual interviews, user testing, and focus groups. Participation is voluntary. PII collected through the pop-up is stored in a third-party site and is not stored by

Social Media and Third-Party Sites:
In addition to the website, we use social media and third-party sites to provide content in a different format that may be useful or interesting to you. When we use these sites, the information we provide is consistent with the intended purpose of the website.  Personally Identifiable Information (PII), such as email addresses, may be requested for research purposes and stored by third-party sites. Cookies are small files that Web servers place on a user’s hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect any PII or to track user activities beyond our website.  Cookies can serve several functions, depending on how they are designed:
