Indian Health Service (IHS) Preparatory Scholarship Program provides financial aid to qualified American Indian and Alaska Native undergraduate students.

To be an eligible recipient of this benefit program, you must be members or descendants of federally recognized, state-recognized or terminated Tribes enrolled in preparatory courses or prerequisite courses leading to enrollment in an eligible health professions degree program.

In addition, you must meet certain eligibility requirements.
