The FMNP is administered by State agencies such as State agriculture or health departments or by Indian Tribal Organizations. Not all State agencies operate the FMNP statewide.
Women, infants (over 4 months old) and children who have been certified to receive WIC program benefits or are on a waiting list for WIC certification are eligible to participate in the FMNP.
For more information about how to apply for WIC FMNP benefits, contact the State agency where you reside. A list of WIC FMNP State agencies can be found on the FMNP Contacts page.
