To be eligible for this benefit program, an applicant must be a producer who is eligible to obtain a loan, but who agrees to forgo the loan.
An eligible producer must meet the following requirements before submitting their applications:
- Acreage report is filed showing a share in crop on which MAL/LDP is requested
- AD-1026 completed and in compliance in accordance with Sodbuster/Swamp buster provisions
- Applicable CCC-902 must be completed
- CCC-941 completed and filed
