Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)


The Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) enforces the non-discrimination and affirmative action obligations of federal contractors and subcontractors to the Federal government. It is unlawful for those doing business with the federal government to discriminate against workers based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran in any aspect of employment.
