To be eligible for this benefit program, you must be a resident of New York. Preference may be given to:
- People over 60 years of age
- Families with one or more members with a disability
- Families with children (in most states)
In order to qualify, you must also have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below 60 percent of the State Median Income:
