To be eligible for this benefit program, you must meet all of the following:

  • Unemployed, and
  • Worked in Missouri during the past 12 months (this period may be longer in some cases), and
  • Earned a minimum amount of wages determined by Missouri guidelines, and
  • Actively seeking work each week you are collecting benefits.

Register and apply 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with UInteract at uinteract.labor.mo.gov, Missouri’s on-line unemployment insurance filing and claims management system.

Missouri also maintains a phone claims filing system that is available Monday – Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM CST
