To be eligible for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Texas and must be at or below 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines.
A person who participates or has family members who receive SNAP, TANF, Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or certain Means Tested Veterans Program payments, automatically meets the eligibility requirement.
In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:
