Program Description

The purpose of the program is to develop, implement, carry out, or coordinate education and outreach programs designed to inform the public concerning rights and obligations under the Fair Housing Act.

General Program Requirements

In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be a non-profit fair housing organization that to conducts enforcement activities to prevent or eliminate discriminatory housing practices.
