To be eligible for this benefit program, you must be a Native American/American Indian who is a parent or primary caregiver responsible for children under the age of seven years, you must live on or near an Indian reservation, and you or a family member must be enrolled in a Federally recognized American Indian tribe or Alaska Native village.
