Fair Housing Initiatives Program (FHIP) and Fair Housing Organizations Initiative


The program's objective is to develop or expand the ability of existing eligible organizations to provide fair housing enforcement and to establish new fair housing enforcement organizations.

To qualify for this benefit program, you must be a non-profit fair housing organization that conducts enforcement activities to eliminate discriminatory housing practices.
