To be eligible for this benefit program, you must a resident of Idaho and meet all of the following:

  • Unemployed, and
  • Worked in Idaho during the past 12 months (this period may be longer in some cases), and
  • Earned a minimum amount of wages determined by Idaho guidelines, and
  • Actively seeking work each week you are collecting benefits.

All claims are filed online. In order to file a new unemployment insurance claim, file your weekly-continued claim report, register for work, or search for a job, please visit the IdahoWorks web site and click on the appropriate choice.
