Indiana Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program
To be eligible for this benefit program, you must be a resident of Indiana and be responsible for paying for heating or utility services, and meet income eligibility criteria.
In order to qualify, you must have an annual household income (before taxes) that is below the following amounts:

Applicants may apply by mail or in person with their local service provider, or through an online portal.
