Program Description
The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) provides
part-time community service training positions to low-income persons age 55
and older. Program participants work an average of 20 hours a week, are paid
at least the Federal minimum wage, and are employed in a wide variety of
community service activities.
General Program Requirements
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be beyond 54
years of age and your household's pretax annual income must be less than
$11,076 per person and no more than $72,676 in total.
