General Program RequirementsIn order to qualify for this benefit program, you must have worked or earned wages in the state of Georgia in the past two years and have earned at least a minimum amount of wages as determined by our guidelines. You must also be able to work, actively looking for work each week that you claim benefits, and you must be available to start working if an opportunity is presented to you.
